I joined Scriptlance to find a freelancer to do an installation debug. I transfered funds using my verified PayPal account that has bee continuously active for over seven years. I faxed the authorization for along with copies of my US Passport, my Florida Drivers license and a copy of my government issued Thai work permit. I later received an email from them stating they were refunding my deposit because my payment didn't pass their screening. Funny, the payment was already in their account. They did in fact refund the money. I was ready to hire one of the three people who bid. That won't be happening now at least not through Scriptlance. I might add I have active accounts with Elance and GetAFreelancer. Both of those organizations had no problem accepting my PayPal payment.
